77j7 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Account and Play

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 77j7 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 77j7 online gaming platform, including all games, sports betting markets, account services, promotional offers, payment processing, and customer support made available at 77j7.ws and any associated sub-domains or mobile interfaces.

By registering an account, logging in to an existing account, or accessing any part of the 77j7 platform as a guest, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 77j7 platform and close any account you have registered.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an account at 77j7, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 77j7 does not knowingly permit underage individuals to register or play. Age verification documents may be requested at any time.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf and for your own account.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gaming is specifically prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your real name, your current Bangladesh mobile number, and your date of birth. You must update this information promptly if it changes.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from 77j7 or any affiliated platform, whether voluntarily (through self-exclusion) or as a result of a breach of these Terms.

3. Account Management and Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your 77j7 Login credentials — your registered Bangladesh mobile number and your password. 77j7 will never ask you for your password. If you receive any communication purportedly from 77j7 requesting your password, treat it as a fraudulent communication and contact 77j7 support immediately.

Password Requirements

Your 77j7 account password must be at least eight (8) characters in length and must include a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers. You are strongly advised to use a password that is unique to your 77j7 account and is not reused from any other website, application, or service. Passwords should be changed immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has occurred for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months. 77j7 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ৳100 per month to inactive accounts that carry a positive balance. Before any inactivity fee is applied, 77j7 will attempt to notify the account holder at the registered mobile number. The following steps will be taken before deductions commence:

• A notification SMS will be sent to the registered mobile number 30 days before the inactivity fee commences.
• A second notification will be sent 7 days before the first deduction.
• Monthly deductions will cease as soon as the account balance reaches zero or the account holder logs in and reactivates the account.
• No inactivity fee will be applied to accounts that have a zero balance.

Account Closure

You may request closure of your 77j7 account at any time by contacting 77j7 customer support. Before your account is closed, all pending withdrawals must be settled and all active bonus entitlements will be cancelled. Funds remaining in a closed account will be returned to the payment method on record within ten (10) business days of the closure request, subject to identity verification requirements. 77j7 reserves the right to close accounts that are found to be in violation of these Terms without prior notice.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

All financial transactions at 77j7 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 77j7 does not accept foreign currency deposits. Players are responsible for any conversion or transfer fees charged by their own payment service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank), which are external to and separate from the 77j7 platform.

Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit at 77j7 is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit per transaction, though 77j7 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large deposits and to request supporting documentation where required for compliance purposes. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. 77j7 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal from a 77j7 account is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the specific conditions below. 77j7 targets processing of all standard withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes of approval for bKash and Nagad withdrawals, and within two (2) business days for bank transfer withdrawals. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• You must have completed any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses before withdrawing bonus-derived winnings. Attempting to withdraw funds that remain subject to rollover requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus portion of the balance.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal or for any withdrawal above a threshold determined by 77j7 at its discretion. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal access.
• 77j7 reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms pending investigation.
• Winnings that are determined to have resulted from a software error, game malfunction, or abuse of a promotional offer are not payable and will be voided.

Payment Method Restrictions

Deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, funds transferred from a mobile wallet or bank account that does not belong to the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited. If a third-party deposit is detected, the deposited amount will be returned to the originating payment method and the account may be suspended pending investigation. Players are responsible for ensuring that the mobile number associated with their bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account matches the mobile number registered on their 77j7 account.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

77j7 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of a conflict between the general bonus terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms take precedence.

Wagering Requirements

Unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise, all bonuses awarded by 77j7 are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) of at least 10x the bonus amount before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type: sports betting wagers count at 100% toward meeting wagering requirements; live casino games count at 100%; slot games count at 100%; crash games (including Aviator) count at 50%. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's individual terms.

Bonus Abuse

77j7 reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings, and to close an account, where 77j7 determines in its reasonable judgment that a player has engaged in or attempted to engage in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a new-player bonus more than once; making minimum-risk bets specifically to clear wagering requirements without genuine play intent; using automated software or systems to take advantage of promotional offers; and coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77j7 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, all funds forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using any software, bot, automated script, artificial intelligence, or other technical means to interact with the platform in a way that simulates human play or gains an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players, including but not limited to sharing cards or information in live poker games, coordinating betting strategies across accounts, or chip-dumping.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal or criminal activity. 77j7 has anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in place and will report suspected money laundering activity to applicable authorities.
• Exploiting any software error, gl itch, or vulnerability in any game or the platform itself. Any winnings derived from a glitch or software error are void and will not be paid out.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or transaction processing, including but not limited to falsifying identity documents or misrepresenting your age.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 77j7 platform — including but not limited to software, game logic, graphics, audio, video, text, user interface design, logos, trademarks, and promotional material — is the exclusive property of 77j7 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the 77j7 platform or its content.

Licence to Use

Your limited licence to use the 77j7 platform terminates automatically upon closure of your account, whether initiated by you or by 77j7. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the platform and any downloaded or cached content associated with it.

Third-Party Game Content

Games provided on the 77j7 platform by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remain the intellectual property of those studios and are licensed to 77j7 for distribution on the platform. 77j7 does not claim ownership of third-party game content. 8. Limitation of Liability

• Any losses incurred as a result of your voluntary participation in games of chance, including sports betting. Online gaming carries inherent financial risk and you participate entirely at your own risk.

9. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

10. Amendments to These Terms

77j7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 77j7 will notify registered players via SMS to their registered mobile number at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the 77j7 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as set out in Section 3.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of being raised with customer support, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action.
